How do I setup my email account on my computer?
- Be sure to use your full email address, such as myname@mydomain.com, in the User Name field for authentication.
- Usually passwords are set in lower case-- make sure your CAPS LOCK is off.

What are the limitations for email?
- Inboxes are provisioned at a default limit size based upon the package you have hosted with us. Usually this is 10MB. This can be changed via login to your Cpanel.
- Outgoing emails are limited to 5MB per email. Any email exceeding this limit will be rejected by the server and returned to you. If you need to send an email that is larger then 5MB, consider breaking it into multiple emails.
- Each POP3 email account is limited to 100 emails per hour for outbound SMTP emails.
- Each POP3 email account is limited to a 100 address maximum to mitigate spammers. If you need to send to a larger list, use one of the email tools in your Cpanel>Fantastico panel or install a third party mailing tool.
How do I set up "CATCH ALL EMAIL"?
A "CatchAll" Email box can be used to take delivery on non-specific email accounts for your domain. To have this setup, login to your Cpanel.
