Cpanel allows you to view your email accounts for your domain, as well as modify the quota for each, and add/remove accounts. To manage your email boxes, login to Cpanel at http://www.yourdomain.xyz/cpanel using your actual domain name in the example above.
Once your are logged-in, click on the Manage Accounts link in the Email group. Click the Show Disk Space Used to view the usage for all email boxes. Click the Quota link to upgrade or downgrade the quota for any email account.
